Happy New Year! I’m kicking off this year with my first podcast series: Laying Aside. Inspired by Hebrews 12:1-2: “Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.”
This week I discuss Laying Aside: Sexual Sin. I share my own journey of learning how to lay aside the sexual sin in my life that once consumed me. If you are currently struggling with the shame of past or current sexual sin, listen in and glean from the scriptures that helped me lay aside the heavy weight of sex.
